G. Rosea RCF female #2

Another one of my little breeding projects. This time we have G. rosea RCF. This lady is also from Franklin that I got in a more recent transaction. I still had my MM on hand, so I thought I'd give it a shot. This was the quickest breeding for me to date.

Here's the lovely couple right after the male got down off her clay pot hide...





Then he takes [color:a507="Red"]1 STEP (please refer to pic 1 for original foot placement lol)





Then the next thing I know there is a blurr of a red flash in front of me, and the next thing I see is this....





He got several good inserts in and in a very short time because next came this...




Is it just me or are the RCF roseas more aggressive when breeding? Both my ladies were very aggressive and hostile towards the male, the NCF was so gentile with her man.


They are due to go on a second date, I haven't noticed her abdomen getting any bigger, and I wasn't checking for sperm webs from the MM after I used him with my last lady and haven't seen any, so I may need a new boy.

I have bred both my NCF and RCF rosies, and they have both been very fast.....

before I knew it both males were away back to thier tank and smoking a big fat cigar,
waiting for the next female in line lol
