NEED HELP ASAP OBT sling trouble :)

I posted this in another thread but need it quick so i'll post here too! LOL
I'm waiting for my OBT slings to come into the mail tomorrow. I wanted to know.Any suggestions on the cage setup? I was thinking..

Enclosure (BIG deli cup) or make one out of platic sheets with holes?

2-3 inches of coco substrate(FOR NOW)
Hide out of small deli cup or bark built up with the dirt?

Feeding???Small crickets? uhm..I think they are almost an inch...Pinhead crickets?? idk
Feel free to give me info coming in tomorrow!

I replied to your other thread already, and the deli cup doesn't have to be real big, smaller is better with slings.

Yeah I keep slings in small cages.

Is the rest of my info correct?

Are you stating the crickets are about an inch? If so, I would think that's a bit too big for a sling. Either smaller crickets or cut them in half.

Give them enough Substrate for them to burrow, and yeah low Humidity. They like it really dry.

i posted on your other thread but i would also like to add that when they were younger, i kept them in 4oz. deli cups

I have mine in a 4inch cube,
to be honest it is probably a bit big for him, but he has webbed it up nicely
he is about an inch now, and just as angry as he was when I first got him,
which is why we call him Mr Grumpy

Be prepared for fast moving daredevils! My OBT is a beautiful, placid specimen... but he can move faster than lightening!

well last night he shocked me to be honest,
he was out on show, and soon as I offered him a mealworm
he snapped it out of my tongs and ran away with the whole thing

so funny seeing him drag off something that was twice the size of him!!

LOL yeah. Mine won't even take things two times smaller. Little devil waits it out till it dies..Then sneaks out and grabs it n chows. He is doing nicely gettting a cube soon. Just got him in nice looking vial for now. One day I went into the vial to mist and I saw two. :O:O pulled it out perfect molt. Two times bigger now and could now see the bright orange abdomen. Very nice posting pics soon!
