I use rodent block to feed my rats and was wondering if it would be okay to feed it to my roaches as well. I buy this stuff by the large bags and it's really easy to ground up. Here is the info on it:

your link is dead, but i know what your talking about. i dont know whats all in it so i couldnt tell ya lol. with my lateralis i just give them a dish of oatmeal and they thrive on it LOL

I use chicken feed, water crystals and once a week i give them some ripe fruit.

Same here, I stick to cat food, I don't bother to grind it up or n e thing, and whatever veggie scraps. Then once every other week they get oranges, or something with lots of vit C in it.

here is a recipe I got from another forum, from a member named "J!m aka the loner":
2 Cups commercial non-medicated chick feed ($4.00 for 10lbs.) 2 Cups Walmart brand oatmeal 4 Cups no-name Honey Nut O's 1\2 Cup fish flakes Run it all through a food processor to grind it up.
