B. Smithi Moult

No my b smithi hasnt moulted or nothing.. i was just wondering how often do they moult when they are slings or does that depend on how much u feed them??

well, yeah power feeding will make them grow faster, but remember, b smithis are sloooooooooooooooooooow growers lol, ive never had one, but yeah....they are snails Razz

Well if your lucky, and with faster growing sp. it may molt once a month.

I have 3 juvi's and a sling, I bought the sling sized 1cm, as you can imagine
I nearly lost it a few times....but now 8 months on it is approx 4-5cm
it molts approx once a month at the moment,
but they grow very very slowly, my juvi's are aprrox 4inches now and they are 3 years old...

so expect to be in it for the long term if you have a smithi Smile

thanks for all the info on the smithi im glad i got this one without colors i kinda want to watch it gain them also how many molts does it take before the do start getting their colors lol just curious i have been dieing to get one Very Happy

he sits there alot, lol

guarding his leaf....going to rehouse him after his next molt, my partner makes my tanks for me
so no problems there Smile
