| I finally got a MM RCF rosea from Wayne(biomarine2000) for my female. I decided to pair him with the female that night and here are some pics of what happened.... He first stayed at the top of her enclosure, and groomed himself for about 10 min, had to make sure he looked good for his date, then he went down and met his date... Then he decided to push her back into her hide for some more fun... She didn't invite him in, and she didn't like him pushing his way in, she got mad... After this pic she rushed him out and he had to be saved by me. Then I was holding him in one hand and watching the female to see if she would rub her abdomen indicating he inserted as I couldn't see a thing. But all she did was walk around in a circle in front of her pot, and went inside, I noticed him moving and when I looked at him, he was cleaning both bulbs, one more then the other, so hopefully a good sign.... I fed her, and him and I'm waiting for him to make a fresh sperm web, then I'm going to pair him again, since we don't know when his last one was, I want to make it count, in case I'm not able to save him next time. | |

| I wish you the best of luck with this,
how long before you will get a sac, I mated mine about 3 months ago and nothing so far,
I also have a NCF that was mated in september, and although she is absolutely huge, no sac as yet!!

| I have no idea how long it will be before I get a sac. Being a rosea it could be up to a year. Although I haven't fed her since I paired her that night, and she seems a tad bit bigger lately. Here's hoping. | |

| Well I only paired them the one time. I've been waiting to see the male make a fresh sperm web. After the way the female acted, trying to kill him after I want to make sure he's freshly loaded, so if he does get another shot, it counts. But, the female's abdomen is looking bigger | |

| Good luck, I haven't done any more breeding attempts. I'm waiting for a sperm web. I'm getting itchy to breed these OBTs and fasciatums too. | |

| I paired these guys again, the male did a bit of drumming, and the female was aggressive towards him. But he stood his ground, and pushed her back, and he got in a few more inserts again, before the female got really mad. He tried to make a few more attempts, but she wasn't letting him lift her for anything. Then he decided he better leave. Pictures to follow. | |

| Ok here are the pictures to the second pairing... As you can see, she was being mean from the start of things... But my brave little man wasn't going to let her attitude stop him from our goal... Had to be a quickie, she really wasn't a happy lady. I saw him get in at least 2 good inserts with both palps... Booty shots... Looks like it's getting bigger to me, and I saw him cleaning a palp after. | |

| Update: This lady has been putting a lot of junk in her trunk and last night I got home about 3am and when I checked on all my babies, this lady had done some reconstruction. She was digging in the sub by her water dish, and under it, had filled the dish with dirt and got all the way to the bottom of the enclosure, I thought for sure she was making a bowl to lay her sac, but as of this AM she is just sitting in it. | |

| Well this girl finally laid her sac yesterday after only being gravid for 2 months. The sac was poorly made and she was found walking around with out it, when I started poking around at it she took it from me, and has rolled it up a bit better it seems, she's also been standing over it ever since, haven't seen her holding it yet. So with any luck I'll have some babies soon! | |

| UPDATE:
I'll be pulling this sac on sunday, a few days short of 30 days, but I'm dying to see inside, it doesn't appear she's been the best of mothers.

| UPDATE:
I pulled the sac today, and it was BAD. All the eggs were black and dried up. They were all stuck together, and looked to be 50-60 of them. Mom wasn't with the sac at the time I pulled it, and after I gave her a MM dubia which she was excited for, so fatten her up and try again.
