| So last night I went to bed at around 3:30 and I was checking over the T's before I went to sleep. I noticed that I had a couple T molt and one in progress. I had a .5" blue fang molt, and I have 3 H. villosella slings in a communal, and one of them molted, they have molted I think 5 times since I had them, and finally with this molt, it's now .5". The one that's got me puzzled is my G. rosea. I sexed it male from vent, and was thinking that it would mature this molt. It was 4.5" prior to the molt. My other MM is only 5". Which is why I was thinking it was going to mature this molt. Well since it was 3:30AM and I had to be to work at 8AM I went to sleep and didn't get to see it (hopefully some day I'll get to sit and watch). So when I got up this AM it was pretty much done molting, just had to pull it's toes out. So as I was getting ready it did this, and it was moving around, and I finally got to see the palps, and NO BULBS and NO HOOKS, but it does seem leggier, So I went off to work, and when I got back it was flipped over on all 8's, I checked again and no palps, bulbs, or hooks. I took out the molt, and no flap at all that I found, I tried to get pics, but the macro on my camera isn't great. I was really hoping he would mature, and I'd get to send him out on a loan. Any thoughts on this? Here are some quick shots I got, I didn't want to disturb him in the process.... Here he is back on all 8's. Sure isn't as nice as my MM, but still looks WAY better then he did. Molt Pics... I hope you can see it, but I see a triangle in both these pics indicating male, and no flap. | |

| I think when I took the pics of him on all 8's he only recently flipped because he wasn't too stable on his legs yet. Ohh well, maybe next molt he'll mature, and maybe then I'll need him if my MM dies, and my female lays her sac. | |

| They sure do. This poor guy had almost no pink on him at all when I got him, he was very dull. | |

| lol the LP is about 1.5" now. If I catch it outside the burrow, I'll try to take some pics. It hardly ever comes out of the burrow. | |
