i have roach food that i make my self if u'd like to know
what is in it pm me and i will tell u but ur not going to find better
anywhere i feed it to all my roaches i'll give u a 2 oz. sample
if u'll pay shipping it will just be a sample so u can see hoe good it is

I have my own recipe too. I just give them any leftovers from feeding other animals and they thrive.
